Please arrive a few minutes early to complete appropriate registration / ACC form. Your Physiotherapist will perform an evaluation to asses your injury / impairments. This includes a thorough history of your condition, a review of your symptoms and various physical tests to gain an understanding of your condition.
With this information your Physiotherapist will form a clinical diagnosis which will be explained to you in a straightforward manner. Your Physiotherapist will design a goal orientated treatment program for you. At each stage there will be an opportunities to ask your Physiotherapist questions.
